The Queen will be handing out traditional white purses containing coins of face value 78p to 78 women and 78 men. They will also each get a red purse, traditionally holding £5.50 for clothing and food.
All roads around the Cathedral - Upper Duke Street, Hope Street, St James Road, and quite possibly parts of Upper Parliament Street will all be closed to traffic from a very early hour to well past 1pm, so buy your flags early or you'll just be waving.
